A satellite dish must be installed by a licensed satellite dish service provider.
Satellite dish must be installed on back side roof of property only. A dish should be unseen from front of property.
All cables and wires to/ from dish must be neatly installed, firmly secured, and hidden from public view.
Unused dishes and wires must be removed from property by the owner when dish service is terminated.Tenants must have written approval of the property owner to install a satellite dish.
Violators will face loss of privileges in the North Gate Community: i.e. loss of pool membership, loss of use of Community Center and other community amenities.
