To alleviate parking limitations at North Gate, please observe the following:
- Residents should not use more than one parking space in the marked court parking spaces. There are enough spaces for one space per house. Other resident’s cars should be parked in resident’s driveway, garage, or on Lindsay Lane. As in all courts, parking spaces are limited, and provided for the use by North Gate property owners and residents of the court.
NOTE: #1 does not apply to court 6 and 7 residences.
- Guests should park along Lindsay Lane or Fairchild Ave., NOT in the courts. Please ask your guests to respect this policy, so that all residents can enjoy the parking to which they are entitled.
Please be considerate of your neighbors. Do not abuse this parking policy.
