HOA Dues

HOA dues are $175.00 per month due on the 1st of each month. Automatic payments will be withdrawn on the 1^st of each month and all other forms of payment are also due at that time. Late fees are $15.00 charged after the 10th of the month. Returned check fee or Insufficient Funds in an automatic withdrawal account is $40.00.
