The North Gate Board of Directors Annual Meeting is just two weeks away.

Notices for the Annual Meeting were previously mailed to all homeowners. If you have a Nomination Form or PROXY, please email these forms to jennifer@apmrep.com no later than Monday December 9th. If you submit Nomination Forms or PROXIES to APM through email, please also bring a copy of the form(s) with you to the Annual Meeting. Nomination Forms will also be accepted from the floor and PROXIES will be collected from the floor as well at the Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting will begin at 5:30PM on Monday December 16th. Prior to the Annual Meeting, there will be a regular scheduled Board Meeting beginning at 4:30PM.

The North Gate Annual Meeting is Monday December 16th, beginning at 5:30 PM at the Community Center.
A regular scheduled Board Meeting will begin at 4:30PM prior to the Annual Meeting on December 16th, 2024."

The Neighborhoods First group will meet on the 1st Monday of each month at the Community Center at 6:00 pm.
